Zach Dethomasis went 2-4 as the Saugerties Stallions (7-10) took home a 7-5 victory over the Albany Dutchmen (9-8) at CPSC-Bob Bellizzi Field on Thursday.
He doubled in the first inning and singled in the ninth inning.Matthew Jones picked up the win for the Saugerties Stallions. Jones allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.
Justin Childers was solid at the plate for the Albany Dutchmen. Childers went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third inning.
Dylan DAnna (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out six.
