A walk-off single from Dylan Cruther brought home the winning run for the Victor RailRiders (9-6) in a 10-9 victory over the Newark Pilots in 10 innings at Victor High School on Friday.
Cruther paced the Victor RailRiders at the plate. Cruther went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the fourth and tenth innings.
The two teams combined for 19 runs and 21 hits, including zero extra base hits. Managers of the two teams seemingly emptied their bullpens in search of the win, as there were 10 pitchers used in the game.

Evan Fernandez recorded his first win of the year for the Victor RailRiders. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered no hits.
Loukas Bechakas ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.
