Julian Gallup went 0-1, helping the Newark Pilots (10-7) to a 4-1 victory over the Victor RailRiders (9-7) on Sunday at Victor High School.

Russ Olive picked up the win for the Newark Pilots. Olive allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings of work.

Jack Zagaja pitched lights out for the Victor RailRiders. Zagaja held the Newark Pilots hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Dan Cunico was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
