Ryo Haruyama had four RBIs, helping the Salina Stockade (24-27) to an 11-7 victory over the Great Bend Boom (17-30) on Wednesday at Al Burns Field.
He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth inning.Skyler Janisse kept contact to a minimum, striking out six the Great Bend Boom batters. Janisse allowed one earned run, three hits and seven walks over seven innings.
Jonathan Tasis got on base three times in the game for the Great Bend Boom. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the eighth and ninth innings.
Ryan Santhon brought the heat against the Salina Stockade during his outing. Santhon held the Salina Stockade hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.
Matt Marino (2-3) took the loss for the Great Bend Boom. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out five, and allowed five runs.
