Bishop leads the Roswell Invaders to 25-2 win over the Trinidad Triggers

An excellent effort by Cody Bishop hoisted the Roswell Invaders (29-11) to a 25-2 win over the Trinidad Triggers (21-18) on Thursday at Central Park.

Bishop blasted two home runs for the Roswell Invaders. Bishop went 6-6 in the game with five RBIs and six runs scored. Bishop homered in the second and fourth innings.

The Roswell Invaders continued to pile on the runs until the end of the game. The Roswell Invaders scored five runs in the last three innings to finish off the blowout win. The Roswell Invaders scored six runs in the first on the Roswell Invaders scored in the first on a solo home run by Rene Moreda, a three-run home run by Joey Miller, an RBI single by Ethan Rosebeck, and an RBI single by Christian Johnson.

The Roswell Invaders easily handled the Trinidad Triggers pitching as eight hitters combined for 26 hits, 24 RBIs and 23 runs scored.
