With the Topeka Train Robbers trailing by one in the seventh inning, Acevedo came to the plate and singled, scoring Sam Pack.
Pack racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Topeka Train Robbers. He singled in the seventh inning.
Tyler Shannon improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Topeka Train Robbers. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.
Joe Quinones (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked three, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
