The Windy City ThunderBolts (28-30) and the Gateway Grizzlies (29-31) each put runners in scoring position on Friday, but the Windy City ThunderBolts capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 4-2 win at Standard Bank Stadium.

Adam Eggnatz (4-2) took the loss for the Gateway Grizzlies. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out six, and allowed three runs.
