Aaron Dudley collected three hits, sparking the Normal CornBelters (29-31) to a 6-4 victory over the Lake Erie Crushers (27-31) on Sunday at All Pro Freight Stadium.

The Lake Erie Crushers couldn't get anything going so long as Casey Brown was on the hill. Brown held the Lake Erie Crushers hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two.

It was a good day at the plate for the Lake Erie Crushers' Connor Oliver. Oliver went 1-5, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the seventh inning.

Brennan Smith recorded his first win of the year for the Normal CornBelters. He allowed one run over 1 2/3 innings. Smith struck out two, walked one and gave up one hit.

Jordan McCoy (0-1) took the loss for the Lake Erie Crushers. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
