The Everett (11-3) beat the Mt. Hood (4-12) 3-2 on Wednesday at RAC (Lacey) behind Aaron Avalos, who went 2-5.

The Mt. Hood had no answer for Nick Hoskins, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Mt. Hood managed just two hits off of Hoskins, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his four innings of work.

J.T. Williams racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Mt. Hood. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Riley Moore (1-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
