The Tacoma scored in the fourth on an RBI single by Taylor Adams, an RBI single by Keylen Steen, a sacrifice fly by Reed Johnson, an RBI single by Alex Hull, an RBI single by Harrison Bragg, a two-run single by Isaiah Terry, and a steal of home by Ty Housden.
Hull racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Tacoma.
Teagan Lind picked up the win for the Tacoma. Lind pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out four.
Erik Sauve boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Wenatchee Valley. He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the fifth inning.
Kendall Kitts (0-2) took the loss for the Wenatchee Valley. He allowed eight runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out three.
