The Atwater Aviators (4-6) beat the Central Valley Storm 10-4 on Friday at Fireman's Memorial Ballpark after a six-run explosion in the fifth inning.

The Atwater Aviators scored in the fifth on an error, , a single by Victor Tiscareno, a single by Hunter Reade, a two-run single by Jacob DePillo, an error, and a sacrifice fly by Chris Ackerman.

Ackerman racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Atwater Aviators.

Emerzian had a hot bat for the Central Valley Storm. Emerzian went 3-5 and scored one run. He singled in the first, fourth, and eighth innings.

Matt Clark got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Clark struck out two, walked none and gave up no hits.

Contreras was charged with the loss. He allowed 10 runs in eight innings, walked three and struck out four.
