Josh Cohen hopes every outing could go as well as Friday, as Cohen threw eight scoreless innings to carry the South Bay Storm (6-3) to a 5-0 victory over the Atwater Aviators (3-6) at Fireman_apos;s Memorial Ballpar.

The South Bay Storm couldn't get anything going so long as Trey Ridenour was on the hill. Ridenour held the South Bay Storm hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four.

Sean Cubley couldn't get it done on the hill for the Atwater Aviators, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed one run.
