The Falmouth Commodores make the most of 5 hits in 7-3 victory over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks

The Falmouth Commodores (24-13) and the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (17-20) both had scoring chances on Tuesday, but it was the Falmouth Commodores that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 7-3 win at McKeon Park.

Tristan Gray reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the ninth inning.

Brady Puckett pitched lights out for the Falmouth Commodores. Puckett gave up just two hits, allowed one earned run, walked none and struck out three during his seven innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Hyannis Harbor Hawks' Justin Lewis dominated the Falmouth Commodores' batters, giving up one run and striking out eight.

Lucas Gilbreath was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed no runs.
