Gunnar Troutwine was cold coming off the bench, but Troutwine warmed up quickly as Troutwine stroked a key pinch-hit single in the nine to lead the Chatham Anglers (14-22) to a 5-4 win over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (23-14) on Tuesday at Red Wilson Field.
With the Chatham Anglers trailing by four, Troutwine came to the plate and singled, plating Jake Palomaki and DJ Artis.
Stuart Fairchild racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Chatham Anglers. He homered in the ninth inning.
