Konnor Pilkington kept the Chatham Anglers (13-21) off the board during his six innings of work and the Brewster Whitecaps (14-19) beat the Chatham Anglers, 5-4.

Pilkington allowed three hits, two walks and struck out five.

A walk-off single by AJ Graffanino gave the Brewster Whitecaps the win.

The Brewster Whitecaps were led by Graffanino's hitting. Graffanino went 0-0 and scored one run. He singled in the ninth inning.

Beau Jordan was solid at the plate for the Brewster Whitecaps. Jordan went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings and homered in the ninth inning.

Landon Hughes improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Brewster Whitecaps. Hughes struck out none, walked none and gave up no hits.

Moises Ceja was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
