The Wareham Gatemen (13-14) and the Bourne Braves (14-15) both had scoring chances on Friday, but it was the Wareham Gatemen that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 6-3 win at Spillane Field.

Joey Bart racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Wareham Gatemen. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Connor Wong had two extra-base hits for the Bourne Braves. He homered in the third inning and doubled in the seventh inning.

Hogan Harris got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered three hits.

AJ Moore (0-5) took the loss for the Bourne Braves. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
