The Harwich Mariners (16-9) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 3-1 to the Cotuit Kettleers (9-17) on Tuesday.
While the Harwich Mariners led until the fourth inning, the Cotuit Kettleers worked their way back and took the lead on a two-run double by Greyson Jenista.
Eddie Muhl put together a nice outing. Muhl gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his three innings of work.
BJ Myers was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
