Peter Zyla went 2-4, helping the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (10-12) to a 6-4 victory over the Wareham Gatemen (12-9) on Tuesday at Spillane Field.

Cole Freeman did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Wareham Gatemen, reaching base two times. He singled in the sixth innings.

Al Pesto improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Pesto struck out none, walked one and gave up no hits.

Jake Matthys ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
