A walk-off hit into a fielder's choice from Corey Dempster brought home the winning run for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (13-10) in an 8-7 victory over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (10-13) at Red Wilson Field on Sunday.

Dempster reached base one time in the game for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox.

Jordan Rodgers racked up six RBIs on two hits for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He homered in the third and fifth innings.

Will Toffey put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Calvin Faucher improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. Faucher struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Garrett Cave couldn't get it done on the hill for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks, taking a loss. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox's Dillon Persinger, Brendan Skidmore, Deon Stafford Jr and Toffey combined for 10 hits and three RBIs.
