The Falmouth Commodores (10-9) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 3-1 to the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (10-9) on Saturday.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox took the lead in the ninth inning on an RBI double by Will Toffey.

Toffey had a hot bat for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. Toffey went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the ninth inning.

The Falmouth Commodores couldn't get anything going as long as Collin Snider was pitching. The Falmouth Commodores managed just one hit off of the the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Connor Seabold improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. Seabold struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Brac Warren ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
