Both the Chatham Anglers (7-6) and the Bourne Braves (7-5) put runners aboard on Friday, but it was the Chatham Anglers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 3-1 win at Veterans Field.

Jacob Stevens pitched lights out for the Chatham Anglers. Stevens gave up just three hits, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his five innings of work.

Alexander (AJ) Moore was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed two runs.
