Ryan Noda went 1-3 and hit a home run as the Brewster Whitecaps (1-1) took home an 11-6 victory over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (0-2) at Stony Brook on Sunday.

Deon Stafford Jr racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Aaron Soto improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Brewster Whitecaps. He allowed four runs over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered six hits.

Michael Baumann ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked five and struck out one.
