The Palm Beach Xtreme (6-8) put in a full day's work in a 10-inning, 8-7 win over the Coral Springs Royals (4-7) Sunday at Spanish River High School.

With the score tied at seven in the tenth inning, Alex Roberts came to the plate and singled, scoring Carlos Leon.

Chris Busch did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Palm Beach Xtreme, reaching base three times. He singled in the eighth inning.

Jared McStine recorded his second win of the year for the Palm Beach Xtreme. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered no hits.

Austin Willis-Grenne ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed one run.
