Alex Demchak kept the Pompano Beach Clippers (12-6) off the board during his six innings of work and the Palm Beach Xtreme (17-9) beat the Pompano Beach Clippers, 4-3.

Demchak allowed three hits, one walk and struck out seven.

Domenic Baldino reached base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Jared McStine improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Palm Beach Xtreme. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Sam Boies ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked four, struck out four, and allowed one run.
