A superb effort by Michael Koltak lifted the Boca Raton Blazers (7-4) to a 3-1 win in seven innings over the Delray Beach Lightning (9-4) on Saturday at Miller Park.

Koltak put together a nice outing. The Delray Beach Lightning managed just two hits off of Koltak, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out six during his seven innings of work.

Dave Egeland pitched lights out for the Delray Beach Lightning. The Boca Raton Blazers managed just two hits off of Egeland, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Jaime Johnson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
