Dylan Jones went 3-3 at the plate as the Pompano Beach Clippers (15-6) took home a 10-5 victory over the West Boca Snappers (12-16) in seven innings at Burt Aaronson Park on Saturday.

Patrick Mitchell improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Pompano Beach Clippers. He allowed two runs over five innings. Mitchell struck out three, walked two and gave up four hits.

Mike Amato ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
