Kyle Simon had three RBIs as the Pompano Beach Clippers (14-6) took home a 6-3 victory over the West Boca Snappers (12-15) at Burt Aaronson Park on Saturday.

Ryan Stark baffled the West Boca Snappers, striking out five batters. Stark allowed no earned runs on six hits and no walks over six innings.

A bright spot for the West Boca Snappers in the defeat was Chase Strynkowski, who allowed only zero runs while striking out five.

Matt Marini improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Pompano Beach Clippers. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered two hits.

Matt Rumpf (2-1) took the loss for the West Boca Snappers. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
