The Windy City ThunderBolts (22-18) didn't have a chance on Saturday, as the Traverse City Beach Bums (14-26) won in blowout fashion, 9-2 at Standard Bank Stadium.

Cody Keefer was solid at the plate for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Keefer went 2-4 and scored one run. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Tyler Murphy was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out two, and allowed four runs.

The Traverse City Beach Bums pounded the Windy City ThunderBolts pitching, as six hitters combined for 11 hits, eight RBIs and nine runs scored.
