Sunday was a great day for Diego Ibarra, as Ibarra tossed a shutout to carry the Top Speed Baseball (15-1) to a 10-0 victory over the San Francisco Seagulls (9-8) at Drake High in seven innings.

The Top Speed Baseball's bats came to life in the second inning. The Top Speed Baseball's bats caught fire leading to seven runs. The Top Speed Baseball scored in the second on a solo home run by Patrick ODonnell, , , a solo home run by Matthew Martinez, and a double by Drew Taylor.
Martinez racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Top Speed Baseball.
Kyle Johnson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
