David Kimbrough went 1-3, helping the Bay Area Bootleggers (4-8) to a 6-1 victory over the Palm Springs Power (6-6) on Saturday at Palm Springs Turf Field.

He tripled in the sixth inning.

The Palm Springs Power couldn't get anything going as long as Josh Wright was pitching. The Palm Springs Power managed just two hits off of the the Bay Area Bootleggers' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked three and struck out six during his six innings of work.

A bright spot for the Palm Springs Power in the defeat was Landon Hunt, who allowed only three runs while striking out nine.

Nicholas Marigny reached base two times in the game for the Palm Springs Power. He tripled in the fourth inning.

Hunt (1-1) took the loss for the Palm Springs Power.
