Donovan Buechs went 1-3 and hit a home run as the California Bees (12-23) took home a 3-2 victory over the Atwater Aviators (19-20) in seven innings at Fireman's Memorial Ballpark on Saturday.

Sam Reinertsen picked up the win for the California Bees. Reinertsen allowed two earned runs, four hits and three walks while striking out five over seven innings of work.

Cameron Irinaga racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Atwater Aviators. He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.

Jefferson Gray ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
