The Bay Area Bootleggers (3-7) and the British Columbia Bombers (4-6) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Bay Area Bootleggers that eventually took advantage of them in a 5-4 win at Palm Springs Stadium.

George Rooke racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Bay Area Bootleggers. He singled in the fifth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Jameson McGrane got the win for the Bay Area Bootleggers thanks to seven strikeouts. McGrane allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk over five innings.

John Williams racked up two RBIs on three hits for the British Columbia Bombers. He singled in the first and third innings and doubled in the fifth inning.

Dominic Raia III ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
