A walk-off from Colin Rintoul brought home the winning run for the Weyburn Beavers (24-24) in a 5-4 victory over the Melville Millionaires (10-37) at Tom Laing Park on Thursday.

The Weyburn Beavers were led by Rintoul's hitting. Rintoul went 1-4 and scored one run. He singled in the third inning.

Cam Williams had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the first, third, and seventh innings.

The Melville Millionaires couldn't get anything going so long as Carson Perkins was on the hill. Perkins held the Melville Millionaires hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none.

Jacob Chiaravalle got on base three times in the game for the Melville Millionaires. He singled in the third inning.

Eric Evans improved to 3-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Weyburn Beavers. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Austin Ell couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Melville Millionaires, taking a loss. He lasted just eight innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
