The Edmonton Prospects (19-22) scored seven runs in the seventh to cap an 18-3 win over the Brooks Bombers (12-26) on Thursday.

The Edmonton Prospects scored in the seventh on a two-run single by Jordan Zazulak, an RBI single by Tony Olson, an RBI single by Logan Wedgewood, and a three-run double by Cory Scammell.

Zazulak racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Edmonton Prospects.

Paul Richy picked up the win for the Edmonton Prospects. Richy pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and two walks while striking out none.

The Brooks Bombers were led by Esteban Martinez's hitting. Martinez went 3-4 and drove in one. He singled in the first, seventh, and ninth innings.

Branden Redfern (0-3) took the loss for the Brooks Bombers. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs.

The Edmonton Prospects pounded the Brooks Bombers pitching, as eight hitters combined for 21 hits, 16 RBIs and 17 runs scored.
