The Moose Jaw Miller Express (16-25) lost despite Dylan Blaha's spectacular day from both the mound and the plate.

Blaha had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He tripled in the first inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Blaha baffled the Weyburn Beavers (21-21), striking out three batters. Blaha allowed one earned run on four hits and no walks over five innings.

Ulysses Fluellen had two extra-base hits for the Weyburn Beavers. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Cole Feazell recorded his fourth win for the Weyburn Beavers even though he allowed six runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered 10 hits.

Jesse Marks (1-5) took the loss for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked none and struck out none.

Corey Harrell, Fluellen and Andrew Urbistondo helped lead the Weyburn Beavers. They combined for six hits and four RBIs.
