The Weyburn Beavers (14-14) blew out the Brooks Bombers (5-19) 11-4 on Saturday at Elks Stadium after pouring on seven runs in the third inning.

The Weyburn Beavers scored in the third on an RBI single by Ulysses Fluellen, , , a two-run error, an RBI single by Colin Rintoul, and an RBI single by Jordan Anderson.

The Weyburn Beavers were led by Fluellen's hitting. Fluellen went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs.

Nick Dorcean picked up the win for the Weyburn Beavers. Dorcean allowed two earned runs, six hits and two walks while striking out five over eight innings of work.

Esteban Martinez was hot from the plate for the Brooks Bombers. Martinez went 3-5 and scored one run. He singled in the first, fifth, and ninth innings.

AJ Rolle (0-2) took the loss for the Brooks Bombers. He allowed seven runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked five and struck out none.
