Williams helps the Weyburn Beavers down the Lethbridge Bulls 10-5

Cam Williams went 2-5, sparking the Weyburn Beavers (13-14) to a 10-5 victory over the Lethbridge Bulls (15-11) on Friday at Spitz Stadium.

He tripled in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth innings.

Mitch McGeein racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Lethbridge Bulls. He homered in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.

Tanner Jesson-Dalton allowed two earned runs, six hits and two walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.

Ryan Johnson recorded his second win for the Weyburn Beavers even though he allowed five runs over seven innings. He struck out six, walked three and surrendered seven hits.

Kregg Snook was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed three runs.
