William Salas racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Medicine Hat Mavericks. He singled in the first, fourth, fifth, and seventh innings.
Connor Kalisky racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Weyburn Beavers. He homered in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
Talon Kunkel improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Medicine Hat Mavericks. He allowed three runs over two innings. Kunkel struck out one, walked one and gave up two hits.
Jake Carson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
