Noah Hill drove in three runs, sparking the Edmonton Prospects (7-7) to an 8-7 victory over the Moose Jaw Miller Express (4-13) on Sunday at Ross Wells Park.
He singled in the first, third, fifth, and sixth innings.Jackson Schnurbusch was solid at the plate for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. Schnurbusch went 3-5 and scored two runs. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the fifth and ninth innings.
Paul Richy recorded his first win of the year for the Edmonton Prospects. He allowed three runs over five innings. Richy struck out four, walked none and gave up five hits.
Kobe Portillo was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.
