A walk-off single from Tyler Mildenberg brought home the winning run for the Okotoks Dawgs (27-12) in an 11-10 victory over the Lethbridge Bulls (23-16) at Seaman Stadium on Friday.

Mildenberg got on base three times in the game for the Okotoks Dawgs. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the ninth inning.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 21 runs and 25 hits, including zero extra base hits. There were 10 pitchers used in the game as the two managers searched for any way to finish it off.

Kellen Marruffo reached base four times in the game for the Okotoks Dawgs. He scored two runs and had two RBIs. He homered in the first inning.

Christian Parsons improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Okotoks Dawgs. He allowed two runs over one inning. Parsons struck out two, walked none and gave up two hits.

Terrell Dorsey ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
