He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the fourth and eighth innings.The Brooks Bombers couldn't get anything going so long as Jacob Pries was on the hill. Pries gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his 3 1/3 innings of work.
Paul Richy improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Edmonton Prospects. He allowed three runs over 4 2/3 innings. Richy struck out none, walked one and gave up four hits.
Juan Carreon ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fifth loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked four, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
