Saturday was a great day for CJ Lewington, as Lewington surrendered one hit to carry the Okotoks Dawgs (2-3) to a 2-1 victory over the Medicine Hat Mavericks (4-1) at Seaman Stadium.

Caleb Duhay was effective even in defeat, mowing down six the Okotoks Dawgs batters and allowing two runs.

Duhay ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year.
