A walk-off sacrifice fly from Logan Steinberg brought home the winning run for the Danville Dans (34-22) in a 5-4 victory over the Terre Haute Rex (33-22) in 11 innings at Danville Stadium on Tuesday.

Steinberg reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the second inning.

Jeff Houghtby did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Danville Dans, reaching base three times. He also drove in one runner. He doubled in the seventh inning and singled in the ninth inning.

Tyler Lunger improved to 2-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Danville Dans. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Christian Beard (0-1) took the loss for the Terre Haute Rex. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed one run.
