Forestell's walk-off single send the Chillicothe Paints home winners, 11-10

A walk-off single from Jesse Forestell brought home the winning run for the Chillicothe Paints (21-27) in an 11-10 victory over the West Virginia Miners at VA Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

Forestell racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Chillicothe Paints. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the second and ninth innings.

The two teams combined for 21 runs and 26 hits, including zero extra base hits. Relief pitchers got their fill of innings during the game, with the opposing managers using nine pitchers in total.

Perley Provost put together a nice outing. Provost gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Brady Ward recorded his third win of the year for the Chillicothe Paints. Ward struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Calvin Coker (3-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
