Josh Smith went 2-3, helping the Danville Dans (23-18) to a 3-1 victory over the Kokomo Jackrabbits (21-19) on Friday at Kokomo Municipal Stadium.

The Kokomo Jackrabbits couldn't get anything going so long as Casey Sullivan was on the hill. Sullivan held the Kokomo Jackrabbits hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

The Kokomo Jackrabbits were led by a flawless day at the dish by Connor Dall, who went 2-2 against the Danville Dans' pitching. He singled in the second and sixth innings.

Paul Richan improved to 5-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Danville Dans. He allowed one run over six innings. Richan struck out one, walked one and gave up nine hits.

Mike Anthony (6-3) took the loss for the Kokomo Jackrabbits. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
