Jett Swetland went 1-4, sparking the Champion City Kings (13-23) to a 4-2 victory over the Chillicothe Paints (18-18) on Thursday at VA Memorial Stadium.

Andy Fisher picked up the win for the Champion City Kings. Fisher pitched nine innings and allowed two earned runs, seven hits and no walks while striking out three.

It was a good day at the plate for the Chillicothe Paints' Eli Boggess. Boggess went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and homered in the fourth inning.

Kevin Zullo ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
