John Goodrich was hot from the plate for the Champion City Kings. Goodrich went 2-4 and drove in one. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the ninth inning.
Adam Polansky recorded his second win of the year for the Terre Haute Rex. He allowed three runs over seven innings. Polansky struck out three, walked none and gave up seven hits.
Fisher ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year.
