Nicholas Ryan went 1-4 and hit a home run as the Chillicothe Paints (8-9) took home a 3-2 victory over the Kokomo Jackrabbits (10-8) in eight innings at VA Memorial Stadium on Wednesday.

Ryan Hutchinson reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fourth inning.

Kevin Zullo improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Chillicothe Paints. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered five hits.

Mike Anthony (3-1) took the loss for the Kokomo Jackrabbits. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
