Seth Soto went 1-3, helping the Hannibal Cavemen (5-8) to a 5-4 victory over the Danville Dans (6-6) on Thursday at Clemens Field.

Nick Bruns pitched lights out for the Hannibal Cavemen. The Danville Dans managed just one hit off of Bruns, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Jordan Chapel recorded his first win of the year for the Hannibal Cavemen. Chapel struck out one, walked two and gave up one hit.

Ricky Karcher couldn't get it done on the bump for the Danville Dans, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked six, struck out seven, and allowed four runs.
