Jacob Belinda kept the Chillicothe Paints (3-7) off the board during his six innings of work and the West Virginia Miners (7-4) beat the Chillicothe Paints, 5-0.

Belinda allowed three hits, two walks and struck out six.

Tanner Levine was solid at the plate for the West Virginia Miners. Levine went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the third, fifth, and ninth innings.

Jack Szott had an impressive outing against the West Virginia Miners' lineup. The West Virginia Miners managed just one hit off of Szott, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out three during his 2 2/3 innings of work.

Brendan Burns couldn't get it done on the hill for the Chillicothe Paints, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
